Jeff and I want you to know that words can't express how happy we are in our new home. Being first time homeowners, we are awestruck at what we come home to every day. Diane, your expertise in the realty field was everything we'd hoped for as first time homeowners.

Dear Diane,
Sorry this is so late in coming, but we are just now surfacing after a long bout with the worst cold we have had in over ten years and getting settled. We just want to say "thank you" again for everything. We can't believe how absolutely painless the selling of our house was, which we feel is attributed to your complete efficiency. You were totally on top of everything from start to finish and we thank you so very much.
We would also like to thank you for the beautiful basket of goodies, and want to let you know how extremely handy it proved to be. During the "worst storm in over ten years" as we were waiting for it to stop snowing so we could move, we had no power, no movers, no plowed roads, and no candles since all candles were packed and taken to Roseville the week before along with the snow shovel. Then, we remembered the candles in the basket from you, along with the wine, crackers, and shortbread cookies. What a great combination! With candles burning, we totally enjoyed the snow storm with all of the goodies and our wind-up radio. What a wonderful, peaceful night! It seemed so special. It was so sweet of you to do that for us and we have now placed the basket on top of our hutch with a plant in it and will think of you every time we look up at it.
You were truly a pleasure to work with and we thank you so very much for your thoughtfulness, and your true professionalism as well. You can be sure that if we hear of anyone needing to buy or sell a home in Placer/Nevada County that we will certainly refer them to you!

My wife and I have just concluded the purchase of a wonderful new home in Nevada City, California. We are very happy with our home and with the excellent work of Diane Helms, her staff, and the management of Network Real Estate of Grass Valley.
